ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Ebony Pritchett is a Consumer Insights professional with 15 years of experience in industries ranging from Health and Beauty Care, Television Broadcasting, Fashion, Food & Technology. Born and raised in the Queen City of Cincinnati, Ebony’s interest in ethnic understanding was sparked as a Youth Docent for The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Her passion was fanned at Procter & Gamble where she worked to serve underserved consumer groups and volunteered with the Diversity and Inclusion organization.
Since P&G, Ebony’s natural sense of curiosity, authenticity and keen ability to connect with diverse audiences has fueled a successful career of designing and facilitating research and strategic workshops as a free-lance consultant. After witnessing years of racial tension and social unrest, Ebony determined to be a change agent by merging her purpose, passion and professional skill set to birth The Advocacy Group.

We stand in the gap for those with a muted voice amongst the majority using creative, educational, and high-engagement approaches.
